Aquafarm Temmel

Martin Temmel's aquaponics system is housed entirely within a specially constructed greenhouse. To operate aquaculture even during the winter temperatures in Styria, he utilizes insulated tank covers and heats the water by connecting it to his wood chip heating system.

With his setup, Martin annually produces approximately 15 tons of fish, which he directly markets to customers in the region.
